Duties:

  • Manage multiple high-level legal matters across various stages, from inception to completion
  • Prepare and prosecute patent applications, provide patentability and clearance opinions, and manage patent estates
  • Engage in licensing and enforcement of patents
  • Ensure high-quality legal work and meet required billing targets
  • Communicate effectively with both internal teams and clients
  • Handle business development efforts individually and in collaboration with the group
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards in legal practice

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and effective interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and productively in a collaborative environment
  • Capacity to manage client matters with minimal supervision
  • Commitment to professional development in Intellectual Property law

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the firm operates
  • Registered to practice before the USPTO
