Project Assistant Responsibilities: Assisting team leaders with client and workflow management. Basic document drafting and preparation. Assisting attorneys with corporate compliance at the local, state, and federal level. Researching corporate records in a variety of jurisdictions, conducting legal research as necessary, and analyzing market data. Handling administrative duties to support the legal team in its day to day activities in a wide variety of legal areas, and communicating with clients and attorneys at all levels.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications. Four year degree from an accredited college or university. A demonstrated interest in a legal career, paralegal certificate is a plus. Willingness to work for two years prior to pursuing further education. Ability to meet deadlines and adapt quickly to changing timeframes. Highly developed organizational skills and ability to keep track of many details simultaneously. Must be able to prioritize, manage tasks, and handle a variety of demands. Strong communication skills in order to document and present information to attorneys. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to work flexible hours/a flexible schedule to accommodate projects as needed. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
