Wealth Strategist The candidate works with Wealth Management Group (WMG) Advisors, to drive growth across the footprint, by developing and implementing strategies for new business development that support the WMG's priorities of driving new business, deepening relationships and cross-selling. Supports and is a resource to the Relationship Managers and other team members during the sales process. Monitors activities to ensure the rules of engagement ("protocols") are followed. Partners with Private Client Services(PCS) Regional Heads and business partners. Drives consistency in the delivery of the client experience, across the footprint, to ensure we retain clients and consistently exceed clients expectations. Is a resource and monitors activities to ensure that client experience "protocols" are followed. Works closely with WMG Head of Sales Strategy and Training to leverage best practices and to ensure consistency in approach. Works as an expert on the PCS team to identify wealth planning solutions; Prepares and delivers solutions based planning presentations. Delivers wealth planning education and solutions in the affluent and high net worth segments (generally enterprise-wide). Delivers wealth planning in collaboration with other experts including lending, banking, investment professionals. Works within the national, regional, and local teams to support the strategic referral network initiatives. Provides client facing wealth planning advice to clients with high net worth and complex assets. Develops and delivers training and certification as needed to support the Wealth Relationship Managers, Wealth Financial Advisors, Wealth Center Managers and business partners; works closely with WMG training to leverage and coordinate all training activities. Monitors an online planning portal where PCS team members and/or clients can ask planning questions. Conducts research, prepares articles, and white papers. Ensures all planning â€œRules of Engagementâ€ and â€œProtocolsâ€ are followed across the footprint. Participate in Enterprise â€“Wide and client events, seminars and other marketing activities. Supports marketing and communications activities such as developing collateral materials, web content and other items as needed. Completes and complies with any and all compliance requirements. Maintains highest level of self-education and expertise as needed by attending education classes and up to date training. Maintains excellent and effective client relationships. Performs other duties assigned. Mastery level knowledge of wealth management in the affluent and high net worth segments is needed. Should have 10+ years of prior wealth management relevant experience to include 3-5 years of specialized wealth management, wealth planning experience delivering strategic planning solutions including financial planning, estate, charitable and business planning advice. Trust, legal and tax planning is experience highly desired. Bachelor's Degree Business, Accounting, Finance or related field is needed. MBA, JD degree or CPA is highly desired.
