Legal Assistant – Business Litigation Candidate will be filing, electronic filing, reviewing correspondence carefully, calendaring. Must have: 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, ideally in litigation. A propensity for electronic communication and electronic document management. An ability to prioritize and juggle multiple, concurrent matters and activities. An ability to work well and communicate with different types of people , both internally and externally (clients, staff, and attorneys). Willingness to take on tough assignments and be resourceful. A highly organized working process, attentiveness to detail, be thorough in work activities, process information quickly. An ability and experience keeping their attorney(s) organized, including docketing, drafting, etc.
