Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks partner with 6+ years of experience. The candidate will join its Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Labor and Employment practice groups. Will represent employers in wage-and-hour, FLSA class and collective action, Title VII, restrictive covenant, and trade secrets misappropriation claims; we also counsel employers on a wide-range of employment matters, including employment agreements, terminations, and equal employment policies. Experience with the Service Contract Act, Davis Bacon Act and/or Construction litigation a plus.Company info
