Legal Assistant The candidate duties include: Type and edit correspondence, legal documents, and some dictation; File maintenance and filing; Telephone contact with clients; Scan, copy, fax and email documents as needed; Make appointments, and maintain attorney calendar; Scan and convert physical files to electronic format; Handle additional work projects as needed. High School diploma or equivalent is required. Legal experience helpful. Position is in the area of corporate and business law, estates and trusts. Should have familiarity and comfort using Excel. Advanced knowledge of MS Word is required.
