Attorney The candidate will provide legal counsel and advice to the Department of Employment and Workforce to include preparing and rendering legal opinions, reviewing and drafting agreements, appellate practice, and legislative review. Assist with compliance efforts in agency's information security, data sharing, privacy, and confidentiality areas. Interprets laws, rulings, policies, and regulations for the agency. A JD degree and 3 years of related experience is needed.
