HRIS Workday Analyst The candidate provides day to day HCM systems administration and support activities including system changes, updates, business processes, training, etc. Provides workforce data reporting for HR Director, HR customers, and compliance reporting (including AAP and EEO-1 data). Provides Workday HCM data metrics reporting for HR Director presentations and meetings including NREL Leadership, National Lab HR, Alliance HR Compensation Committee and ad-hoc requests. Provides monthly, quarterly and annual staffing count, turnover and workforce reports. Creates Workday worklet reports for metrics and dashboard reporting purposes. Maintains integrity, security and accuracy of HR data and systems. Assists HRIS/Compensation team to maximize Workdayâ€™s capabilities. Reviews and approves HCM and ATS personnel action requests. Backup support to Recruiting Coordinator role on Talent Acquisition Team (reviewing and approving requisition requests, completing compensation of hire from ATS to HCM, etc.). Addresses Workday HCM data requests from internal HR customers (i.e. Talent Acquisition Team, HR Business Partners, etc.). Initiates personnel action requests as needed. Assists in completing center and personnel reorganizations in Workday. Assists in evaluating, testing, and implementing Workday system upgrades. Helps resolve post-implementation issues, and review and implement process improvements. Troubleshoots Workday HCM and ATS production/data issues. Provides HRIS Oracle support (for Finance and IT) including updating, correcting, testing, and data validation. Assists with initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity. Assists with data entry and other HR operational work as necessary. Assists with completing Compensation Salary Surveys as necessary. Creates, updates and assists with Workday training and business process learning guide materials. Must have Relevant Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience. Or, relevant Master's Degree and 3+ years of experience or equivalent relevant education/experience. Or, relevant PhD or equivalent relevant education/experience. Or, relevant JD degree or equivalent relevant education/experience. Must have functional HR experience. Functional and technical Workday knowledge of HCM and ATS is required. Should have experience with Workday administration preferred, including configuration and update prep and implementation. Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts in the field is required. Considerable knowledge of laws, regulations, principles, procedures and practices related to specific field is needed. Should utilize Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Must have the ability to use various computer software programs.
