We are currently seeking a Paralegal with a background supporting Real Estate transactions. In this role of Paralegal/ Title Coordinator, you are driven by the thrill of getting work done by critical deadlines. Communicating with multiple parties and bringing disparate information together to bring a successful closing to fruition. Most of all you get your thinking cap on every day and everyday will be a learning experience.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and conduct National commercial real estate closing transactions nationally with that require the ability to manage sophisticated title and closing issues.
• Collaborate with in house counsel and title insurance underwriters to underwrite complicated title issues and provide options to issue requested coverages.
• Review real estate documents and related closing documents for legal and escrow compliance.
• Effectively communicates with all parties involved in the transaction. Takes proactive approach to manage the process to insure a timely closing
• Communicate with clients and third parties to obtain documentation to clear title related issues.

Qualifications:

• An extreme thoroughness and attention to detail.
• Three years of work experience in the Legal industry with a firm understanding of the Legal process.
• Ability to multitask and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
