The candidate will serve broad expertise in pensions, executive compensation, employee benefits and employment matters. Must preferably have experience Section 409A of the Code, including executive deferred compensation plans; Cash and equity-based incentives; Employment, consulting, severance and other service-related contracts in the transactional context (diligence, transaction agreement and schedules, negotiation of going-forward employment and equity terms for senior management, Section 280G of the Code); Benefit plan operations (401(k), medical); Title I of ERISA (plan asset rules from both the fund and investor perspective) and in the employment-law context.
