Duties:
- Manage and expand a portable business book valued at $600,000.
- Provide expert legal counsel on life science intellectual property matters, including prosecution, transactional issues, and litigation.
- Develop and implement strategies for protecting and monetizing life science IP assets.
- Represent clients in patent and trademark prosecution, licensing agreements, and IP litigation.
- Lead and supervise junior attorneys and support staff, ensuring high-quality legal service and professional development.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with other firm practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and life science IP law changes to offer relevant and timely advice.
