A reputable law firm located in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney with 0-2 years of experience. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with experienced litigators and gain exposure to all aspects of trial preparation, litigation, and trial proceedings. The firm provides comprehensive support to its clients, ranging from global corporations to small businesses, across various complex legal matters and high-risk disputes.

Duties:

• Manage defense litigation cases
• Participate in all stages of trial preparation, including strategy discussions, discovery, record reviews, client interviews, and witness preparation
• Conduct research on complex litigation matters
• Take and defend depositions
• Prepare and argue motions in court
• Collaborate with a national team of legal professionals

Requirements:

• Active California Bar license
• 0-2 years of litigation experience
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Exceptional writing and research skills
• Ability to strategize and think quickly in court settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative legal team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in California

Certifications:

• Active membership with the California State Bar is required
