Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 10+ years of progressive human resource management experience preferred. Strong emphasis on HR Business Partner experience. Mid to large law firm experience a plus. Influencing skills. Strong business and analytical skills. Strong people Manager. Experience supporting corporate clients. Experience in HR technologies, LMS and HRIS such as UltiPro. Excellent in facilitation, public speaking, interpersonal and communication skills. SHRM-CP a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to lead by example and gain trust. Ability to adapt to ambiguous environment and growth. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems. Ability to be flexible and work on administrative project as a team player. Must be customer service orientation with a positive disposition.
