Legal Assistant The candidate will be responsible for completing a variety of administrative and support responsibilities, of a confidential nature, unique to General Counsel function, including researching information and data and maintaining department records, filing system, budget and/or expense account records. Will organize conferences, appointments and meetings and arrange business itineraries and travel accommodations; may record and distribute meeting minutes. Produce letters, reports, memoranda, pleadings, agreements and other legal documents, forms and schedules composing items from form documentation or own initiative. Must have 2+ years of relevant experience and High school diploma.
