Job Overview: A prestigious law firm is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate and Business Transactional Attorney to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with over 10 years of experience in advising clients on entity formation, business startups, and general business matters. Duties:

• Provide expert legal counsel on corporate and business transactions, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and general business operations.
• Advise clients on legal implications and strategies related to corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Lead and manage business transactions from inception to completion, ensuring all legal aspects are properly handled.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Collaborate with team members and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and client expectations with exceptional attention to detail.
• Maintain a high standard of client service, ensuring clear and concise communication throughout all stages of client engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate and business transactional law.
• Proven ability to manage complex business transactions and legal matters.
• Established book of business with a minimum of $350,000+ in business generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle competing priorities and deadlines.
• Must be admitted to the California Bar.

Education:

• JD (Juris Doctor) or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be a licensed attorney in the state of California.

Skills:

• Expertise in corporate law and business transactions.
• Proficient in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
