Associate Attorney The candidate will work in a criminal & traffic ticket defense law firm. Provide consultations to a high volume of leads and effectively make them clients. Exceed benchmark conversion rates, percentage of calls answered. Following up with leads. Assist with some casework such as motions, negotiating plea deals and court appearances if necessary. Should be admitted to practice in New York (admission in NJ as well is a plus). Sales experience is a plus. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
