"Very Large With Plenty Of Opportunity's"

Former Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

Ideally this firm would start to down size a little bit or if they don't want to downsize they would start to have more get-togethers to make sure that everyone is comfortable with each other on a more personal level. Other than that this firm is exceptional.

Pros : I really liked the fact that there is so much room for advancement at this firm. Being a large firm the starting salary is exceptional as well and has amazing benefits with plenty of overtime available.
Cons : There can be a sense of separation between you and other workers a lot of the time during regular office hours. This put me off since I felt uncomfortable at times asking other attorney's for advice when I needed it.
