Bookkeeper The candidate will maintains records of financial transactions for the firm. Will reconciles bank statements and balances petty cash accounts. Summarizes details in separate spreadsheets and/or computer files. Responsible for compiling reports to show statistics, such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business. Responsible for all aspects of payroll administration. Prepares quarterly payroll tax reports. Computes, prepare, and mail monthly statements to customers. Should have significant experience and above average ability with computers. Knowledge of business software, typing, accounting, bookkeeping, and business mathematics is an asset.
