Bring in a professional management team that has experience dealing with employees and are not driven by emotional trauma.

Pros : If you’re easily bought like the 5 star reviewers here then, free breakfast, free lunch, holiday events, giveaways.
Cons : The management here is not what it seems or as some say. Before accepting ask questions and the red flag will pop up. 5 people gone in only the 2 months I was there. It’s sad that the owner will not realize that management is hurting that company, they will not admit there is a serious problem with verbal abuse of their employees. Whatever you do, DO NOT MAKE ANY MISTAKES, that’ll be your head if you do. You will never hear the end of it. What’s even more disappointing is that some employees accept this abuse for small perks like a free lunch, drinks, and parties, or false promise of a higher position. Yes, they are willing to pay well and know that good pay brings people in.
