Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will draft, prepare and file legal documents including summons and complaints, discovery demands, financial statements, simple motions, divorce documents and Family Court forms. Will manage discovery production. Follow up and comply with Court deadlines in a timely manner. Responsible for all firm administrative functions, including answering phones, correspondence, equipment and supplies, billing, filing and typing. Manage temporary staff. Interface with clients, lawyers, courts, and vendors. Must have Paralegal Certificate or 2+ years of Paralegal experience. MS and Timeslips proficiency is essential. Matrimonial experience a plus. Notary certified a plus.
