Contracts Coordinator The candidate coordinates requests for new contracts to be reviewed, drafted, and emended. Forwards contracts to respective attorneys for further review. Maintains an accurate log of all contract requests and detailed information for each contract. Prepares documents to be reviewed and signed. Input information for new users into an electronic system. Communicates effectively with other team members. Effectively file documents electronically and perform routine maintenance to minimize redundancies. Various administrative duties such as, data entry, filing, scanning, and faxing. Should have 3+ years of experience working as a paralegal, administrative assistant, or similar position. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint, as well, as experience in Adobe is needed. Paralegal certification or bachelorâ€™s degree is preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills are needed. . Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills is needed.
