Organization Description:
- Statewide, not-for-profit organization providing free legal services to eligible clients in civil cases
- Funded by various sources, including Legal Services Corporation and United Ways
- Committed to promoting diversity and inclusion

Job Summary:
- Use law to fight poverty and racism and empower clients
- Provide civil legal assistance to LGBTQ+ individuals through the LGBT Project
- May also work on other legal issues in various service areas

Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality legal services for LGBTQ+ individuals across Indiana
- Review applications for legal assistance and assess legal issues
- Plan and implement outreach sessions with community partners
- Foster teamwork and comply with all policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- . degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admitted to practice law in Indiana
- Experience in LGBT law, specifically in areas of crime victims, domestic violence, and youth work
- Strong communication skills and commitment to public interest work
- Willingness to travel within Indiana and comply with policies and procedures

Salary and Benefits:
- Starting salary of $57,425 with potential to increase up to $75,535 based on experience
