Contracts Paralegal The candidate will support day-to-day and strategic needs to service all internal business clients. Will organize and manage contracts and contract management system, including tracking contracts deadlines, managing contract draft versions, facilitating approvals and signatures and general support with various contract management tools. Update and manage company contract templates. Draft, analyze and negotiate ordinary course agreements such as CDAs, services agreements and statements of work and other related documentation. Provide general administrative support. Other functions to support the Legal Affairs department as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Art or Science is needed. Paralegal Certificate is preferred. Should have 5 - 7 years of experience. Must have worked in a legal department in a corporation or a law firm. Extensive experience in contract administration, management, or drafting with excellent reading and learning skills. Exceptional attention to detail, and proficient in MS Office and document comparison programs is needed. Preference given to candidates experienced with market leading Legal Operations tools are essential.
