Legal Assistant Duties: Work with senior partner in a friendly, professional environment. Document preparation, file management, calendar management, oversight of computer and office equipment, and other support functions.
Qualification and Experience
Candidate must have experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions; corporate organization documentation; commercial business transactions; wills and trust documentation; and, probate administration. Should also have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail â€“ oriented, capable of working independently and carry a professional, positive disposition. Must be proficient in Word and Excel. Experience with Clio practice management programs are a plus.
