Corporate Counsel, Customer LegalThe candidate will support collaborative projects aimed at transforming how Cisco brings its recurring revenue offers to market. Will provide creative and continuous improvement to simplify contract templates and operational processes. Effectively partner with legal sales and product counsel to design a coordinated engagement model and drive business objectives and support the drafting and negotiation of CX offers. Work with CX Product Management, Delivery and Operations supporting portfolio development, pilots, and new services. 2-4 years of legal or contracts experience in technology transactions, including recurring revenue offers (cloud, SaaS, or subscription-based offers) is preferred. The ability to work collaboratively across legal and other business functions is a plus. Strong academic credentials; JD preferred.
