Civil Litigation Paralegal The candidate will provide attorneys with investigative services, gathering of information, drafting correspondences, and other administrative and transactional support in handling complex tasks and projects.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Associate's Degree. 2+ years' experience as a paralegal or legal assistant for litigation law attorneys. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Assume responsibility for assigned projects and tasks. Navigate various electronic databases and document repositories. Strong research skills and proficiency in using various research tools, including the Internet, Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER and other media and financial services sites. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Communicate effectively with attorneys and colleagues throughout the firm. Deal courteously / effectively with others while working independently, or in a team setting, under limited supervision. Handle confidential/sensitive matters. Manage multiple projects and assignments, and shifting responsibilities and deadlines while under pressure. Detail-oriented. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Great attention to detail. Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to perform with general directions. Positive attitude.
