Role Purpose:
- Join our New York office as an accomplished associate
- Focus on Structured Finance and CLO transactions
- Work with experienced and sought-after lawyers in the market

Responsibilities:
- Advise on complex financial transactions
- Manage CLO warehouse and securities transactions
- Draft primary financing and securities issuance documents
- Supervise and train junior attorneys

Minimum Requirements:
- JD degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the bar in the jurisdiction of practice

Preferred Requirements:
- Desire to work directly with partners and develop business strategies
- Interest in marketing and attending conferences
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
