Seeking Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate with 2-3 years of experience in employee benefits and executive compensation at a large firm. Candidate must be registered with a state bar and in good standing. Must have specific experience in the design and administration of qualified and nonqualified plan and related regulatory matters, health and welfare benefit plans, corporate transactional and benefit claims dispute resolution is a plus. Candidates must be detail oriented, have excellent academic credentials and superior research, writing and communication skills.

The law office should reconsider offering wage increases in smaller increments in a shorter period of time to the hard working staff and employees. There should be a continuation of appreciation for the hard working employees at the law firm.

Pros : The law firm does a great job of offering several incentives to employees. The firm offers bonuses to its employees. The partners of the law firm recognize the hard work perform by the employees in their department.
Cons : The law firm does not offer a wage increase in a short period of time. The amount of work hours requires focus. The healthcare plan offered is at a high cost.
