Paralegal, Employment and Compliance The candidate will assist the Employment Law attorneys with employment-related documents, including employment agreements and separation agreements. Assist with the management of firmâ€™s conflicts of interest process, including rolling out firmâ€™s annual conflicts of interest form and maintaining records related to vetting conflicts. Support the implementation of firmâ€™s compliance-related training. Provide guidance and support to the Human Resources Department on immigration matters. Conduct research on legislative development in the employment law and compliance areas. Should have 2-4 years of experience as a paralegal at a large law firm with experience in employment law, including familiarity with employment agreements. Must have Bachelor degree. Advanced degree, whether in progress or completed is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) is required. Prior experience with immigration matters is a plus.
