Legal Assistant Candidate will: Assist paralegals and attorneys in preparing case files, including communicating with clients to obtain questionnaires and other requested documents. Print, gather and arrange documents for paralegal/attorney review. Learn procedural and processing requirements for various types of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications. Analyze case documents and prepare/assemble immigration applications and petitions for submission to various government agencies within expected timelines. Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters. Monitor the status of all filed applications and petitions, providing status updates to clients and attorneys. Manage caseload and maintain case records. Maintain/update case management system and client contact information (INSZoom and proprietary). Build knowledge of Firm and client processes. Coordinate with corporate representatives and foreign nationals. Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with increasing ability to function independently and to exercise discretion and judgment.

Get these staff to be more consistent so customers are happier with the result on average. This will help keep customers coming back more often. It is likely the reason we have a bad reputation.

Pros : Fantastic hardworking firm that rewards hard work with increase in yearly bonuses. Has a pleasant atmosphere to work in with very experienced workers willing to help the inexperienced staff.
Cons : Some staff doesn't put much effort into certain cases as they simply do not care about those individuals for some unknown reason. Unrealistic manager expectations.
