Kalamazoo office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks data privacy and mobility associate attorney preferably with 3-5 years of legal practice experience in a law firm. The candidate will assist some of the worlds leading technology companies with regulatory and data privacy issues. Must have experience in drafting and reviewing data protection impact assessments, privacy policies, and product-specific privacy notices; assisting with the implementation of policies and procedures for responding to consumer rights requests and data breaches; reviewing vendor and customer contracts with a focus on security and data privacy issues, and advising mobility and technology providers on domestic and international data privacy laws and regulations. Admission to the Michigan Bar is preferred, as candidates admitted to practice in other jurisdictions will also be considered. Current or pending CIPP certification preferred.
