Duties

• Manage a varied caseload of insurance litigation cases across multiple lines, including annuity, health, life, long-term care, disability, and property & casualty insurance
• Engage in regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters, focusing on corporate governance, insurance holding company regulation, investment, market conduct, and solvency
• Collaborate directly with clients, providing guidance and building long-term relationships
• Participate in business development and networking within the insurance industry
• Balance independent case management with teamwork and support within the practice group

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance or related fields
• Strong motivation to develop and expand expertise in insurance law and industry relationships
• Ability to handle a substantial caseload with a high degree of autonomy

Education

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Bar admission in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York, depending on location

Skills

• Proficient in litigation and case management with strong analytical skills
