Mid to Senior Level Employment Associate
The candidate will be responsible for conducting employment diligence and advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions; drafting and negotiating employment, retention and related agreements; advising on reductions in force and other employee terminations; drafting restrictive covenants and counseling on employee mobility, and will also conduct employment investigations, provide advice and counsel to emerging companies in all aspects of employment law, including compensation practices, commission plans, and leave practices. Should have a strong academic background from a nationally recognized law school. J.D. and 3 years of domestic, cross-border or global employment work with an enthusiasm for international counseling. International counseling experience is strongly preferred and the position will interact frequently with other offices in the firm's global employment practice.
