Duties

  • Represent clients in court appearances.
  • Interact with clients and defendants regarding case matters.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare pleadings, discovery documents, and other legal filings.
  • Manage trial court cases and related litigation tasks.
  • Handle creditor’s rights matters, including secured transactions, bankruptcy proceedings, replevin actions, and debt collection.

Requirements

  • Admission to the Bar in Maryland, Washington ., and Virginia.
  • Strong analytical and legal writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple case deadlines.
  • Trial court experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Bar Admission in Maryland (Required).
  • Bar Admission in Washington . and Virginia (Preferred).

Skills

  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting pleadings.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client matters with professionalism and discretion.
