Senior Administrative Assistant The candidate will manage the planning, organizing, scheduling, and execution of complex administrative work for the Land Management Unit with limited oversight, independent decision-making, and great attention to detail. Will work encompasses highly complex and confidential land and real estate transactions, regulatory compliance and permitting, and litigation. Financial and Accounting- track, monitor and report on budget, reports, prepare contracts, process purchase orders and invoices, manage vendors, and process expense reports. Meeting/Event Logistics- coordinate and manage logistics for complex meetings and travel, including calendaring, arranging meeting locations, and preparing agendas and notifications. Document/Data Management- collect, organize, and input documentation and data using electronic and physical filing systems. Prepare correspondence and reports requiring detailed information and complex formatting, including legal and business correspondence, and legal agreements and contracts. Office Operations- Oversee office operations including ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment, manage equipment lease agreements, and ensure overall effective and efficient office operations. Manage the IT needs of the Land management Unit and individual employees by troubleshooting problems, and maintaining hardware and software used by the Land management Unit. Maintain HR and employee data reports, manage on boarding of new employees, and support IT and other administrative needs of employees.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have high School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar position. Should be proficient in Microsoft Suite. Experience in office setting is essential. Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience working with paralegals, attorneys, or financial professional is preferred. Proof reading ability is preferred.
