Legal Assistant The candidate will be liable for office administration, contract review, file maintenance and archiving, notary service, receiving/screening incoming phone calls, open records management, board meeting agenda and action/discussion item review. Will work on management of outside counsel including monitoring of attorneys' fees, and assisting the General Counsel in scheduling meetings and events, and staying abreast of and completing assignments in a timely manner. Responsible for all existing office equipment, which must be adequately maintained and new equipment obtained when necessary. Handle arrangements for the General Counsel when traveling to out-of-town legal conferences and job related events, as needed. Should have 8+ years of related work experience. Bachelor's degree is essential.
