Paralegal/Legal Assistant Duties: Perform many tasks during the litigation process. Helping prepare files for court filings, including exhibits and other documents. Maintain litigation files. Assist in depositions, witness preparation, and research. Serve as an assistant to the attorney during the court proceedings. Phone communications with clients, opposing counsel, courts in furtherance of litigation process. Draft correspondence and assist in organizing pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery documents. Create filing system and work on the platforms.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have paralegal education/certification and/or 5+ years experience in a litigation firm. Excellent writing and communication skills. Accurate and attentive to details and ability to adapt to changing priorities Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
