A law firm is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney with a strong commitment to advocating for clients' rights in personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex personal injury claims and be prepared to manage all aspects of litigation from investigation through to trial.
Location:
Duties:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on personal injury claims, including slip & fall, construction, and motor vehicle accidents.
- Conduct comprehensive investigations to assess and build robust cases.
- Interview clients, witnesses, and experts to facilitate thorough case preparation and end-to-end litigation.
- Draft and prepare legal documents such as complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery materials.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective case management.
- Stay informed about developments and changes in personal injury law.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree.
- Active license to practice law in New York State.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law.
- Demonstrated resilience and strong work ethic, particularly in handling complex cases.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in New York State.
