Grand Rapids office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks civil litigation associate attorney with 1-3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for attending 5 to 15 civil court hearings throughout the State of Michigan each week, virtually and/or in person, preparing legal pleadings, legal research, and negotiating settlements with opposing counsel. Read, interpret, understand, and implement laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements. Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are essential. Must be adept in Microsoft Office, Windows, LexisNexis, and/or Westlaw. Must have Juris Doctorate degree waiting on MI Bar exam results or licensed by the MI State Bar (MT, IN, and OH a plus).
