Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and paralegal certification preferred. Minimum 5 years of transactional experience is preferred. A thorough understanding of general corporate housekeeping matters including creating and maintaining corporate documents, corporate filings, entity formation, entity dissolution, entity DBAs, and obtaining EINs. Must be capable of working independently and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A high degree of organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be independently proficient with current MS Office Suite, case management systems and document repositories. Must be highly organized and be experienced in corporate/transactional law and recordkeeping to include entity formation, annual reporting, operating agreements, partnership agreements, corporate structuring, sales, mergers and acquisitions. Candidate should possess drive, energy, and high professional standards along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Organizing more meetings and events that can help associates brainstorm with other departments would be something I think that can help with the efficiency of the work place.Pros : I really like the people I work with here. Everyoneis willing to offer assistance. A lot of the attorneys are knowledgeable in different areas of law. The pay and benefits are also great.
