Review:

"A Collegial Environment "

Former Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

The firm needs to downsize or create more opportunities for employees to advancement. This firm is large so it seems this cannot be remedied as much.

Pros : This firm goes above expectations to make you feel at home. With accommodating workspaces, flexible hours, and a great staff its second nature to expand your abilities as an attorney here.
Cons : Finding advancement opportunities within the firm is challenging. This firm is growing very rapidly, competition is fierce. As time goes on it's becoming much more difficult to advance within the firm because of this.
