"Large Full Service Law Firm"

Current Employee - Reviewed on October 26, 2017

Work with the employees schedules more and create flexible work arrangements for those who want to have a life outside of the legal industry.

Pros : This is a very large firm with over twenty offices and growing. It's well respected and has an excellent reputation. The pay and the benefits are both excellent for people who produce good work. There is work in so many different areas and you can gain a lot of experience here.
Cons : If you're not one of the top people you are very often ignored. They expect you to be on call full time and there really is no balance at all between work and your life outside of work. It's very demanding time wise.
