Contract Administrator The candidate will gather, receive and validate appropriate documentation relating to the franchisee/franchisee legal entity (customer) and lease information to accurately prepare franchise documents. Will timely and accurately create firm's franchise documents ensuring company policies and applicable laws are adhered to. Complete templates in Oracle System to initiate the set up / updating of customers / franchise entities, enter all critical data points to enable accurate contract drafting. Complete document processing by ensuring delivery to the franchisee or company representative, receiving signed/returned documents, reviewing for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring enclosure of all funds due. Ensure Fee Rates are accurately and timely entered into system to enable revenue recognition. Ensure efficient and timely maintenance of the Oracle Contracts system. Create, maintain and distribute reports relating to assigned contracts. Should have 4+ years prior administrative / office experience. Associates Degree in Business / Paralegal Certificate is needed. Computer Proficiency (Microsoft word, excel (sorting / filtering spreadsheets), Lotus Notes, Internet is needed. Prior experience with Oracle applications is a plus. Prior experience with contracts / legal documents are needed. Prior experience with leases / real estate is needed.
