Unusually intelligent and resourceful Senior Project Manager and Researcher sought to collaborate with senior members of staff to drive forward complex organizational projects (with a focus on operational, financial, HR, and legal matters) for a large single-family office in Manhattan.
Responsibilities will also include:
- Performing research across a wide range of subject areas and synthesizing information to come up with bottom-line recommendations
- “Issue-spotting,” including identifying and analyzing (through hands-on research as well as input from legal counsel) complex legal and business considerations
- Evaluating current and prospective policies and procedures and taking point on implementation and rollout of new initiatives
- Helping to review contracts and other legal documents
Outstanding research, analysis, and communication skills are a must; legal background is a plus, though not required.
