Part time Judicial Specialist II The candidate will scheduling hearings, preparing orders, creating and distributing court schedules and reports, jury management during trials, preparing courtrooms, opening and closing court sessions, coordinating parties and witnesses, etc. Assisting Judicial Officers in the courtroom during trials. Must have graduation from an accredited high school (or High School Equivalency) and 2+ years of successful completion of accredited post high school education in business, paralegal, computer, legal assistant or related program. Should have 2+ years of professional office experience in business, court or legal work or a related area with 1+ year of the experience involving customer service. At the discretion of the appointing authority additional years of experience may be substituted for the required post high school education Or, the successful completion of additional years of education (i.e., Bachelor's Degree) may be substituted for years of experience on the basis that successful completion of thirty (30) semester hours or academic equivalent equals one year of experience. Education cannot be substituted for customer service experience.
