The firm should try to encourage a more welcoming and warm atmosphere when it comes to how it treats clients. It feels more like the status quo as of now but it could be better.Pros : The law firm was able to provide me with any sources I needed for cases I was working on. The superiors also do their best to make sure that they keep an open line of communication with their associates and subordinates. The pay and benefits are good.
