Duties:
- Lead the Madison, WI office, driving revenue and team growth.
- Foster a positive office culture that promotes camaraderie and collaboration among professionals in various roles and locations.
- Work closely with the executive leadership team to develop and implement market growth strategies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to other partners and firm leadership on improving operations.
- Manage family law cases from beginning to end, ensuring superior client service and satisfaction.
- Track and monitor accomplishments, client satisfaction, and case progress using practice management software.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
- 10+ years of domestic litigation experience.
- Extensive first-chair family law experience, including handling complex litigation matters.
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technical programs and software.
Education:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Licensed to practice law in Wisconsin.
