Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will work closely with and support a group of real estate and land use attorneys in Seattle. Will excel at providing a comprehensive range of support on complex real estate transactions. Overseeing all phases of complex real estate transactions. Reviewing title commitments and documents. Preparing title objection letters. Generating Deeds, POAs, Real Estate Excise Tax Affidavits, Purchase and Sale Agreements, LLC Agreements, Escrow Instructions and other documents as assigned. Understanding the due diligence process under Purchase and Sale Agreements, and preparing/planning for relevant dates. Ordering title, document requests, and court documents. Running conflict checks. Coordinating basic functions to help the practice group run smoothly. Handling special projects as assigned. 5-10 years’ experience as a real estate paralegal required or comparable knowledge is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and legal research is preferred.
