Prestigious law firm in Chicago seeks an experienced Litigation Assistant to fill an immediate opening.


Assist with all aspects of litigation and filing of briefs 

Responsible for cite checking, formatting and proofreading of briefs, conducting research and analysis

Create binders with indices for pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and productions

Review and analyze factual and legal information

Trial preparation


7 - 10 years litigation experience required

Strong organizational and communication skills

Strong ability to work both independently and act as a team player; communicating effectively with staff, attorneys and vendors  

Excellent attention to detail; ability to follow detailed instructions
