Probate Trust & Estate - Entry Level Paralegal The candidate will be working alongside a senior paralegal focusing on probate, guardianship and trust administration and estate planning matters. Duties include e-filing, indexing, communication with clerkâ€™s office and financial institutions, etc.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have an Associate degree. 1-3 years of recent office and/or legal experience, working in a fast-paced environment, strong computer skills, and the ability to adapt to new environments required. Degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred. Willingness to learn is a must. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual/Spanish a plus. Strong Writing and Organizational Skills. Attention to Detail and Excellent Communication Skills. Ability to interact with clients in a professional manner. Self-Starter willing to take initiative. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Knowledge of: Word Perfect, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
